The Criminal Investigation Special Response Team is a vast group with many unique characters you can recruit in Zenless Zone Zero. One of these members is Seth, an upcoming playable unit you may be seeking the release date for.
There are many different ZZZ characters arriving in the future and the list always keeps growing. Because of this, you need to know when Seth will be released in ZZZ to ensure you have the pulls needed to recruit him if you’re hoping to have him on your team.
Seth’s release date in Zenless Zone Zero
The release date for Seth hasn’t been officially announced so far, but he’s expected to be part of the 1.1 update, so he may release on Aug. 14 or around three weeks later on Sept. 4.
Seth’s drip marketing started on July 8 which means he’s almost certainly part of the next big update. Across all games, HoYoverse shares character drip marketing a while before the update they’re featured in, so it’s almost certain Seth will release on one of these two dates.
Nothing about Seth’s official skillset is known so far. Based on the other characters expected to arrive in 1.1 including Miyabi and Qingyi, Seth is currently expected to be an A-Rank recruit with a boosted drop rate on a featured S-Rank’s character banner. He may launch with the update right away or arrive a few weeks later when the featured banner changes.
Seth runs with the Criminal Investigation Special Response Team, so he can often be found with characters like Zhu Yuan and Qingyi. He hasn’t been featured as frequently as other members of the group which is one of the main reasons he’s expected to be an A-Rank unit.
Although there’s not much information about this character so far, you can expect to learn more about him leading up to ZZZ’s first big update. His Attribute type, attack style, and rank are likely to be revealed in the coming weeks.
