You need to reach at least Union Level 14 and complete the first and second main quests to be able to see this challenge.

How to complete Sea of Flowers in the Valley in Wuthering Waves?
The next day, Maqi talks about the Sea of Flowers and, pressing her further, reveals she wants you to go to Bogu’s Arbor and meet Grandma Lin. Bogu’s Arbor is located straight across from the Souvenir shop. After talking with Grandma Lin, she gives you the Iris flower that Verina had dropped in her shop.

Maqi talks about a Gold Inspect mentioned in the book and tells you to collect samples that resemble it. Asking about the clues on the item should lead to the kids named Mingming and Doudou near a pond across from Chenpi, who collect the Sonance Casket from you. After talking with them, you get a Phoenix Butterfly, which you can submit to the Pioneer Association to get your rewards.

Once you meet her and tell her your requirements, she gives you a Jinzhou Stew, a rare dish that increases your party’s crit and attacks strength upon consumption. You can bring it back to Maqi and she’ll reward you.
You can also give any other low-quality soup dish to Maqi to complete the challenge and save General Jiyan’s all-time favorite food item for your heated battles.

How to complete Mithril in Wuthering Waves?
The protagonist in this chapter is on Mt. Moore, preparing to meet his final enemy and Maqi will tell you to find out about the Mithril and collect samples. Upon asking for clues, she’ll tell you to visit Fuyan, the owner of Huaipu Mining Firm and a knowledgeable mineral expert. You can meet Fuyan in his shop opposite Grandma Lin’s flower shop. Maqi asks you to bring a sample that could recreate the weapon used to defeat the enemy. Upon asking for clues, she’ll tell you to meet Xieyang, one of the biggest fans of the book. You can find Xieyang in Wuthering Waves under the bridge straight from Jinzhou’s Resonance Nexus, standing with his dog. For a note in the book’s thanks list, he gives an Impure Phlogiston, which can be used to earn your rewards.
