Fanatics, the official jersey provider for the Overwatch League, has revealed the top-selling OWL Jerseys since the end of January.

The best-selling jersey since Jan. 31 belongs to Atlanta Reign’s Daniel “Defran” Francesca, who famously said that the jerseys were a “waste of money” and were “too expensive” when fans bashed the low-quality products after they were first revealed.

New York’s Bang “JJonak” Sung-hyeon, Los Angeles Gladiator’s Lane “Surefour” Roberts, Hangzhou Spark’s Xu “Guxue” Qiulin, Shanghai Dragon’s Kim “Geguri” Se-yeon, and Lee “Carpe” Jae-hyeok and Gael “Poko” Gouzerch from the Philadelphia Fusion make up the other six names on the top seven list.

The Overwatch League signed a multi-year merchandising deal with Fanatics at the end of 2018 for the 2019 season and beyond. But the supplier received a wave of backlash over the low-quality jerseys, with many fans voicing their dissatisfaction on social media to try and stop others from purchasing the items.

Fans have also been discouraged from purchasing a jersey due to the high shipping costs associated with the brand. To ship a jersey to Europe, for example, fans might need to pay nearly $50 more in extra fees.

A European merchandise store for the OWL is expected to launch in the future, but Blizzard still hasn’t given fans any details on the matter at the time of writing.
