The Fractured Spark of Omens is an item you can earn if you complete the “Call of the Wordlsoul” quest from Faerin in Dornogal each week to obtain weekly caches containing Fractured Spark of Omens. However, you can get a couple more via the Omens Unified quest from Custodian Khubon in the Forgegrounds of Dornogal on the Isle of Dorn.

Valorstones are a currency you earn simply by enjoying all Khaz Algar has to offer, such as raids, dungeons, bountiful delves, and quests like Gearing up for Trouble (when you’re at max level). So, the more content you enjoy, the more Valorstones you can earn.

Once you’ve combined your two Fractured Sparks of Omen and the 250 Valorstones, you’ll have one completed Spark of Omen which you can use.
