Space Marine 2 has made a quick impression on gamers, setting a record for the Warhammer franchise, and there’s still plenty more to come. To get the best from the game, though, I recommend tweaking your brightness settings to improve the visuals.

Tweaking the brightness settings in Space Marine 2 is a quick fix and, thanks to a player on Reddit, the ideal settings have been identified. If you want to tweak your setup to utilize these settings, follow these steps:

  1. Open the Settings menu.
  2. Click on the Video tab.
  3. Scroll down and select Brightness Calibration.
  4. Set the minimum brightness to 0.6.
  5. Set the maximum brightness to 2.5.
  6. Set the brightness level to 1.

Changing the settings while already in a mission is the best approach, as you can instantly compare the results, but it can be done at any point. If you are in the main hub, however, don’t expect to see instant results.
