A new YouTube series puts gamers in the spotlight in a hilarious way—and it stars a gaming YouTuber with six million subscribers.
Starring YouTuber Azerrz, “Party Chat” is developed by 3BLACKDOT, a digital production studio that’s also working on an animated series starring VanossGaming, BasicallyIDoWrk, Wildcat, and Terroriser.
The show is described by 3BLACKDOT as “The League meets Call of Duty: Warzone“—and it definitely seems like it’s built for gaming culture. The first episode is available on YouTube now, where Azerrz co-stars with actors Garrett F. Howard, Chris Kircher, and Kahlo De Jesus Buffington.
The pilot episode, which is called “Babe Blocked Me!” and features Call of Duty: Warzone, is written and directed by Leon Chills. Chills also wrote the Netflix original series Spinning Out and an upcoming movie called Shadow Force, starring Hollywood stars Kerry Washington and Sterling K. Brown.
In the episode, the main character is blocked by his girlfriend and reaches out to his friends by squadding up in Warzone. It’s a great representation of how gamers hang out with each other, especially in current times.
“Party Chat” will be uploaded on Azerrz’s YouTube channel, so make sure to subscribe if the pilot strikes your fancy.
