Twitch streamer Jynxzi has today backed his friend Sketch in an emotional stream following confirmation the latter created and used an LGBTQ+ OnlyFans account two years ago, declaring he would be standing by Sketch “all the way.”
A few hours after Sketch confirmed he had created adult content in the past, Jynxzi went live in a stream titled “I stand with Sketch” to talk about the allegations and share his thoughts on the topic. From the outset Jynxzi was emotional, taking his time to watch Sketch’s stream before opening with affirmation for the under-fire streamer. “The first thing I’ll say is Sketch was my friend a week ago, my friend today, and my friend tomorrow,” Jynxzi said.
He went on to state the community as a whole “needs to stop pointing their fingers at everybody and acting like anybody is better than anybody” and expressed his disappointment that long-time Sketch fans were willing to turn their backs on him over this revelation. “To any person or anybody that wants to stop fucking with Sketch or lost respect or you don’t want to support him anymore, don’t support me either,” Jynxzi said through tears.
At the very least, Jynxzi wants those who oppose Sketch to “fucking leave him alone” after what has been a distressing day for the young streamer, who was set to leave everything behind if it weren’t for a late conversation with FaZe Banks. Jynxzi praised Banks and his crew for being there for Sketch in his darkest hour. “It may not seem like it but little things like this could genuinely save somebody’s life. W Banks, seriously.”
Jynxzi and Sketch have often been spotted on each other’s Twitch streams, and the pair have regularly met up in person to record content for multiple videos. Jynxzi revealed he’d been asleep when the news dropped and said although he eventually got through to Sketch, he wished he was there when Sketch went live.
Jynxzi closed out the Twitch stream with another warning to those who were willing to turn on Sketch, reiterating that he believes it’s time everyone online focused on treating each other how they’d want to be treated themselves.
“It doesn’t matter if Sketch is gay, straight, bisexual, pansexual, asexual—none of that matters bro,” the streaming star concluded. “Sketch is a good person.”
