Playing GTA Roleplay means you can be any character in Los Santos, from the usual criminal from the default GTA V single-player mode to an old man that would be crossing a street near you. In GTA RP, even police officers are controlled by players.
And not all police officers are the same. Deputy Kiki is stealing the show in GTA RP by being the “fashion police.” Twitch streamer MiltonTPike1 roleplays as Kiki, and his character was caught in summit1G’s stream last night while talking to another player in the hospital after apparently arresting them for a fashion crime.
Summit1G was parked next to the hospital when he heard someone saying “well, what do we have here?” He then drove to the front of the hospital entrance, where he could peek inside, and saw Kiki dancing while talking to a man sitting in front of her. She tells the man she’s from the “Los Santos’ Division of Fashions and Fabric,” and that he was pulled over because it was her “sworn duty as the fashion officer of the state to intercede when I witness a crime against fashion taking place.”
Apparently, this was the crime in place. The guy was wearing a horrible orange shirt with brown prints. Kiki continues and reads the man’s rights, saying he has “the right to remain stylish, anything you wear can and will be used against you in a court of fashion.”

We have no further information about this fashion police arrest because the clip ends right after Kiki stops reading the man’s rights. It seems that Kiki has been gaining popularity in Los Santos due to her spontaneous and funny personality, while also providing entertaining storylines with other characters in the world.
This might not be the last time we’ll see Kiki in Los Santos enforcing the fashion laws.
