Of course Overwatch will be at BlizzCon—here’s where to find it

There are a ton of panels and tournament matches.

It’s no surprise that Overwatch will be celebrated at BlizzCon, scheduled Nov. 2 and 3 in Anaheim, California. It is one of Blizzard’s biggest titles, after all.

But the Overwatch developer recently released the BlizzConn 2018 schedule, finally outlining all the places where fans can check in the the Blizzard first-person shooter. Across two days of the convention, Blizzard has a ton of Overwatch events planned.

Here’s the rundown.

Nov. 2

  • 3:30pm CT: Overwatch, What’s Next? panel, where Overwatch developers discuss the future of Overwatch. If any big announcements are to be made, this is where you’ll find them.
  • 2:15pm CT to 10:30pm CT: Overwatch World Cup

Nov. 3

  • 12:15pm CT: Artist at Work: Creating Overwatch
  • 1:15pm CT: Voices of Overwatch panel
  • 4:30pm CT: Overwatch: Building a Hero
  • 11:30am CT to 8:30pm CT: Overwatch World Cup

Alongside these Overwatch-specific events, fans will be able to catch Overwatch cosplayers during the cosplay exhibition at 7:30pm CT on Nov. 2, and elsewhere around the show floor. Any new gameplay will likely be available for testing at BlizzCon 2018, too.

Other Blizzard panels include Behind Blizzard’s Music at 2:30pm CT on Nov. 2, as well as an inside look at Blizzard immediately following. Blizzard will also talk about its “Play Nice, Play Fair” initiative, which is important to Overwatch’s ongoing battle against toxicity, at 6:30pm CT on Nov. 3.

Beyond Overwatch, Blizzard has a ton of games on showcase at BlizzCon 2018. The full schedule of events for Diablo, StarCraft, World of Warcraft, Heroes of the Storm, and Hearthstone is available on the BlizzCon 2018 website.
