Overwatch fans won’t have to wait long until they get to try out the game’s new map and hero.
Irish healer Moira and new Overwatch map Blizzard World are likely to be playable on Overwatch’s PTR this week, according to Blizzard. Overwatch game director Jeff Kaplan confirmed Blizzard World will go up on the PTR this week in an interview with VentureBeat. Overwatch lead software engineer Bill Warnecke added that Moira, too, will be available on the PTR this week.

“We can’t wait to get a build with Moira on to the PTR,” Warnecke wrote on Reddit. “We’ll do out best to make it happen as quickly as possible this week. Cheers!”
Both Moira and Blizzard World were unveiled during the BlizzCon 2017 opening ceremony. “Want to know how to spell Moira?” Kaplan joked during the Overwatch showcase. “OP AF.” Moira is an Irish healer that was once a part of Overwatch and its offshoot organization, Blackwatch. She aligns now with evil organization Talon, however.
Blizzard World is a bit more cheery than Moira’s backstory. The Blizzard-themed theme park brings together many of the developer’s titles, including World of Warcraft, Diablo, StarCraft 2, and Hearthstone.

Neither Kaplan nor Warnecke laid out an exact timeline for the new Overwatch PTR build. If it follows previous release schedules, it’s likely to come either Tuesday or Thursday.
