Like many of the armor and blueprints in Once Human, the Renegade armor set is only available from a specific activity. You’ll need to focus on this if you want to have a chance to earn enough pieces to unlock it. But unlocking every piece could take a lot of time, and you’re better off focusing on the critical ones you want. You only need at least four armor pieces to get every bonus.

The Renegade armor set is a legendary blueprint. As a legendary blueprint, one of the best and quickest ways to unlock it is by purchasing it from the Wish Machine. The Wish Machine provides an array of random rewards in Once Human, which means there’s no guarantee you’ll unlock it.

Instead, you’ll need to spend the required currency, Starchrom, and roll enough times for it to acquire it on your character. It may take some time to finally unlock at least four gear pieces to get the full set bonus, but there are six pieces in the entire Renegade armor set, similar to the Lonewolf or Agent sets.

You can find the Renegade armor set in the Echoes From the Rift or Caged Prisoner drop rolls. You have a better chance to obtain the Renegade set from the Caged Prisoner one, if you’re specifically trying to unlock this set for your character.

Alternatively, if you’d rather purchase the entire set from the store, you can do this at the Wish Machine. Approach the machine and interact with it to open up the Blueprint Shop. From here, you can get the entire Renegade armor set for 18,000 Starchroms or 3,000 Starchroms for each armor piece. It’s a far more costly exchange than getting it to drop from the Wish Machine, but it guarantees you’ll get it.

Here’s a full breakdown of the gear piece bonuses you receive while wearing the Renegade armor set in Once Human. You get the maximum armor for wearing only four pieces, which means you can use the last two on another armor set bonus.

Armor Pieces RequiredArmor Set Bonuses
One gear pieceIncreases reload speed by 15 percent.
Two gear piecesIncreases weak spot damage by 10 percent.
Three gear piecesWhen hitting the same enemy consecutively, gives you a stack of Archer’s Focus, which increases your weak spot damage by four percent. You can get the Archer’s Focus buff up to 10 times, which is reduced by half when you hit another target.
Four gear piecesWhen you reload, for every one percent of weak spot hit from the previous magazine, you load an extra 0.6 percent bullets, up to 30 percent.
