Everything we know about the Fortnite Summer Block Party and Celebrity Pro-Am

Fortnite’s second Celebrity Pro-Am event is about to take place during the Fortnite Summer Block Party in June. Professional players and streamers will team up with celebrities to fight for the title of Pro-Am champions, which is held by streamer Tyler “Ninja” Blevins and EDM musician Marshmello.

The Fortnite Summer Party will be a two-day event. A Creative competition will be held on the first day, followed by a standard Fortnite: Battle Royale duos tournament on the second day. Epic has yet to reveal the maps for the Creative mode, which will be built specifically for this event, but it has started revealing the streamers and celebrities who will partner up.

Schedule

The Fortnite Summer Block Party will take place on June 15 and 16. Players will compete in the Celebrity Pro-Am on June 16. There’s no set start time yet for the matches on any of these days.

Location and tickets

The entire event will be hosted at The Forum in Inglewood, California. Fans can buy tickets to watch everything live and participate in special events, such as the Fortnite Fan Party. Each ticket costs at least $35 to give people access to both days.

Where to watch

Epic has yet to reveal where fans who can’t attend the event will be able to watch the Creative competition and the Celebrity Pro-Am. If Epic follows its usual protocol, it’ll likely livestream both events on Fortnite’s official Twitch account.
