Un’Goro Ramp Druid: Barnabus Ramp Druid

This article is over 7 years old and may contain outdated information

Each class has unique characteristics and Hearthstone and Druid is all about Ramp. However, Ramp Druid has not been in a good spot over the past year or so and it’s time for things to shake up with some really insane cards coming our way that are set to push Ramp Druid.

Jungle Giants is one of the craziest Quest cards that have been displayed and while Jade synergies can potentially work with the deck better by simply summoning large Jade Golems followed by hefty legendaries that can close out the game – we wanted to take a different approach and utilize the Un’goro cards more instead and include high-end legendaries that you can keep spamming turn after turn.

Tortollan Forager: A good early game drop that can draw you minions with 5 or more attack outside your deck and also establish some early game board presence. You can pull out some hefty legendaries from the card as well to play in the lategame!

Elder Longneck: One of the best things about the supporting cards for the quest is that they are quite cheap to play and you do not necessarily need to hoard your deck with very expensive cards and have dead draws in the early game. Elder Longneck can help you get your quest done fairly quickly thanks to its cheap mana cost!

Shellshifter: Another low cost option that can be included for the sake of the quest. You can also use it defensively as a taunt minion against aggressive decks as well which makes this quite a flexible option to include in the deck.

Giant Anaconda: This card can be potentially very powerful if you draw some of your big legendaries like Soggoth the Slitherer or Y’shaarj, Rage Unbound through its Deathrattle for game winning swing turns. We definitely will be trying out Giant Anaconda in our Jungle Giants deck to see how it performs.

Jungle Giants:  If you thought Aviana was crazy then Barnabus The Stomper is in a different league altogether. Lowering the cost of all your minions in your deck to 0 is really something and it definitely suits a super ramp heavy deck like this one.

The deck is one of the most expensive ones we’ve brewed alongside Astral Communion decks and all of the legendaries are interchangeable for pretty much any big minions you have and you can tinker around with the decklist based on your current card pool.
