New Priest legendary doubles your turn timer—and your opponent’s

It's a whole new mechanic for Hearthstone.

Have you ever been playing Hearthstone and thought “gee, one turn just isn’t enough for all the fun cards I want to play?”

Well, Priest now has the answer to this conundrum.

Temporus is the Priest legendary minion from the new set. It’s a seven mana 6/6 with a pretty incredible Battlecry: Your opponents takes two turns, then you take two turns.

Immediately this card grabs your attention. Obviously we’ve seen turn repeating mechanics before with Quest Mage, but that required quest completion to obtain. This is the first collectible card with this effect.

But is it any good? It’s very hard to tell. Building a deck to take advantage of this is very complicated. it also has a pretty significant drawback—your opponent gets to go first. The chances of setting something up to take advantage of your double turn are reduced by just what your opponent can throw down in theirs.

Kobolds and Catacombs arrives in game next month.
