The Grand Tournament is just around the corner, and with it, thousands of new possibilities have just arrived!

I loved what we’ve seen from the Grand Tournament so far – not only the cards seem to be a lot more consistent than prior expansions, they seem to be overall more directed to what Hearthstone really is than other expansions were. Now new decks are able to be born, but also old decks that weren’t that good are capable of existing and being competitive because of this expansion.

Brewing new deck is, to me, the most fun aspect of Hearthstone, so I hope you all enjoy the decklists! These are decklists that I think that are a good baseline to start testing the deck once the expansion hits. With playtesting and tweaking, we can then refine and tune the deck to the meta and make it more consistent. I’ll be showcasing 4 decks with a short summary each.

Aviana Ramp Druid

darnassus-aspirant: Another card I have been most hyped about. This card makes it so Druid can both have another ramp as well as early game defenses. Not only that! This card is also a good response to opposing mirror-entity that usually haunts Druids, seeing how the battlecry only affects you, but the Deathrattle will also affect the opponent one.

This card opens up possibilities. Now you are able to go deeper on the Ramping aspect of Druid, creating a Ramp Druid list that wasn’t possible if it weren’t for this card.

But Darnassus Aspirant isn’t the only good Druid card. Druid also got a very strong 4-drop in the form of savage-combatant as well as a late game bomb in the form of aviana. Therefore, I believe skipping the 3-drop directly for the 4-drop is a good idea (since you will be ramping anyway, most of the times).

Another good skeleton, but once again: Some cards here should be tested, and in case they’re not good enough, exchanged for other cards.

The gameplan of this list is pretty simple and same as before: Ramp up -> drop big dudes -> win. I decided to add a 1-1 combo, as finisher, because of how strong the other 28 cards of the deck seem to be by themselves.

This list doesn’t include Trueheart, because I don’t think it looks as powerful in Druid as it does in Priests.

I hope you had a blast reading this article and I would also like to know your opinion on the currently posted lists as well as lists you would like me to brew next. As I said in the introduction, brewing is just too nice, I love it! How about you guys? Excited about The Grand Tournament? Let me know everything that you think, maybe show me ideas of your own in the comments below!
