New legendary card lets you swap decks with your opponent

If your deck just isn’t working, if you find yourself up against a difficult matchup, the latest card revealed from Kobolds and Catacombs might offer you a way out.

Remember Arch Thief Rafaam? More specifically, remember the fight with him in the League of Explorers adventures? Rafaam steals your deck from you and it feels super unfair. Boy it would feel bad if a mechanic like that ever came into the game for real.

Enter King Togwaggle. Pity the poor casters who have to say that name out loud.

Togwaggle is an eight mana 5/5 neutral legendary that swaps your deck with your opponent. WHo knows what you’ll end up with!

Unfortunately, it’s probably only temporary. Your opponent receives a five mana spell King’s Ransom that undoes the change. So unless you can do something straight away to draw cards, it might well be little more than “make your opponent spend five mana”. Your opponent is also guaranteed to draw one of your cards, with no immediate draw for yourself.

Kobolds and Catacombs will be released sometime in December.
