Ambush your opponent with spiders with the latest Rogue minion from Kobolds and Catacombs

Rogue has played with pirates, elementals, and princes in its history. Spiders may be next on that list.

Kobolds and Catacombs’ latest reveal gives players a new take on the Ambush card effect.

Fal’dorei Strider shuffles three Ambushes into your deck when it enters the battlefield. The Ambush card, Spider Ambush!, is immediately cast when drawn, placing a 4/4 Leyline Spider on the field and drawing a card.

With Rogue’s incredible cycling ability, it may be pretty easy to cast all three spiders in one Gadgetzan Auctioneer turn. Twelve points of pressure and an Arcane Giant or two provides a pretty quick clock to end the game.

Kobolds and Catacombs releases sometime this December.
