The end of the month is crunch time for players hoping to qualify for the Hearthstone World Championship

But right now, the race has stalled in Europe.

Due to an unexplained technical issue, Hearthstone‘s online ladder play is currently unavailable in the EU region. Only ladder is affected, but this is proving a costly and frustrating downtime for players hoping to make headway in the race for HWC points.

A number of top European pros took to Twitter to express their frustration:

Blizzard has provided no estimate for when the ladder might come back online. But with the end of the season less than seven hours away, time is running short for players trying to make it into the top 100.
