One cosmetic item in particular that Fortnite fans can get for free is the Heartspan Glider—but the way in which you acquire this glider is pretty rare.

The Heartspan Glider is in the Item Shop for zero V-Bucks. When you click on this item in the shop, though, you’ll notice that it says “Buy as a gift.” Click that button and then select a friend to gift the glider to.

Once you do this, the friend you chose will have the Heartspan Glider added to their inventory. So, in order for you to get the glider, you’ll need to ask your friend to reciprocate the favor. Simply have them follow the exact same steps that you did (make sure they pick your name, though) and then you’ll receive your free gift.

The Heartspan Glider will be available for free until Saturday, Feb. 16 at 6pm CT.
