Score Royale is replacing Solid Gold in the LTM rotation of the event, while Team Rumble is staying for another 24 hours. Score Royale is making its second appearance since its debut in the v5.30 update.

Developer Epic Games says Score Royale features a new way of earning a Victory Royale, since it rewards players who like to explore the map while looking for items. “Earn points by collecting coins, opening loot containers, using foraged items and eliminating other players,” Epic wrote in the mode’s description. “The first to get the Winning Score wins!”

If Score Royale keeps the same values as its 5.30 edition, Duos will have to earn 3,000 points total to win the match. They can score points according to the table below, made by Fortnite Gamepedia.

ActionPoints
Use an Apple or Mushroom10
Open an Ammo Box25
Open a Llama50
Open a Supply Drop100
Eliminate an Enemy100

Score Royale is a Duos mode. It’ll likely follow the latest trend of small team modes in 14 Days of Fortnite and will stay only for 24 hours. It will then be replaced by another undisclosed game mode.
