For some Fortnite players, cosmetic items are one of the most important part of the game. And according to one of Fortnite’s most trustworthy leakers, one of the game’s most popular skins will be making a return.

Ghoul Trooper, which debuted more than two years ago, is “100 percent coming back,” according to Fortnite leaker Lucas7yoshi. The dataminer said he expects the skin to return either tomorrow or on Halloween, stay in the Item Shop for a few days, and then disappear again.

The skin dropped on Oct. 26, 2017, making it one of the earliest skins in Fortnite: Battle Royale. But unlike some other older skins, Ghoul Trooper hasn’t returned to the Item Shop since 2017.

But many fans still expect the skin to come back for this year’s Fortnitemares event. And with the second chapter of the game beginning earlier in the month, it would make sense to bring back a old and popular skin to give newer fans a chance to buy it.

Some players won’t be happy, though. As was the case with other early-game skins that became available at a later point, fans say it makes the skins seem less special.

Either way, it would appear players will be able to get the skin, or at least a version of it, sometime this week.
