Per a press release on their website, Mathieu “Maniac” Quiquerez has joined Team LDLC’s Counter-Strike roster. Maniac is most likely replacing Alexandre “xms” Forté, who left the team for a rumored roster that will feature Vincent “Happy” Schopenhauer. That team will take some of the top French players in that were not involved in the new G2 Esports team. Maniac retired in 2015, but returned as a coach for Team EnVyUs in 2016 before deciding to play competitively once again. Since his return, Maniac has played for Unity and Rogue. On LDLC, Maniac will be reuniting with former Titan teammate, Kévin “Ex6TenZ” Droolans.
