After hours of technical delays, attendees were apparently asked to leave and re-enter the event venue, Avalon Hollywood, because of a possible safety threat, according to HLTV photographer Joao Ferreira.

iBuyPower announced on Twitter that the event staff is checking bags at the entrance upon fan arrival. Before the event started, the staff supposedly weren’t initially doing safety inspections with bag checks and metal detectors, according to VP Esports reporter Jarek “Dekay” Lewis.
