How to unlock the Iron Clad blueprint in MW3 and Warzone

The penultimate reward in season five of Modern Warfare 3 is here, and it’s a unique blueprint for one of the game’s best LMGs.

With one week of challenges left to go, there’s little time left for players to finish every week’s challenges so they can grab the Chainbreaker weapon camo before season five comes to an end on Sept. 18. Iron Clad is one of these important rewards along the way.

What is Iron Clad in MW3 and Warzone?

Iron Clad is a blueprint for the Pulemyot 762 LMG in MW3 and Warzone. It comes fully equipped with five attachments and its own unique design that is not available on any other gun.

Here are the attachments that Iron Clad comes equipped with:

• Muzzle: VT-7 Spiritfire Suppressor
• Barrel: Invoker Light Barrel
• Optic: MK. 3 Reflector
• Stock: Yianov HSS Ergonomic Stock
• Magazine: 75 Round Belt

How to get Iron Clad in MW3 and Warzone

To unlock Iron Clad, players need to complete any five challenges from MW3’s season five, week seven. The challenges are spread across MW3 multiplayer, Warzone, and MW3 Zombies, and any five challenges across the three modes will work.

Here are this week’s challenges:

MW3 season 5, week 7 challenges

MW3 multiplayer

• Get 25 operator kills from behind.
• Get 15 operator kills after reloading with SMGs.
• Get 15 operator kills using a secondary weapon.
• Kill 15 operators who killed you.
• Get 10 operator clean kills with iron sights equipped to an SMG or assault rifle.
• Get three operator kills after having recently swapped weapons.
• Perform three finishing moves on enemy operators.

Warzone

• In Warzone Urzikstan, get 10 operator kills in the North-West region.
• In Warzone Urzikstan, get 10 operator kills in the Eastern region.
• In Warzone Urzikstan, get 10 operator kills in the Southern region.
• In Warzone Urzikstan, get 10 operator kills in the Central region.
• In Warzone, place in the top 10 three times.
• In Warzone, complete five contracts.
• In Warzone, open 30 loot caches.

MW3 Zombies

• Get 100 kills with a melee weapon.
• Get 100 kills after reloading with SMGs.
• Get 50 kills with a melee weapon while Frenzied Guard is active.
• Get 500 critical kills.
• Get 250 clean kills with iron sights equipped to a marksman rifle or assault rifle.
• Get 250 kills with an underbarrel lethal attachment equipped to a weapon.
• Get 10 melee kills without being hit 20 times with a melee weapon.

Most of these challenges can be knocked out in a few games in MW3 multiplayer. Equip a strong SMG with iron sights and a good pistol like the Renetti and head into the Hardcore Small Moshpit playlist. This is where you can get easy clean kills, kills from behind, secondary weapon kills, kills on operators who killed you, and kills after reloading.
