‘Fatness Everdeen from The Hungry Games’ – TimTheTatman pops off with CoD’s new weapon

Looking like a husky Hawkeye.

It feels like TimTheTatman is good for a hilarious stream clip at least every few weeks or so—and his latest one in Modern Warfare 3 is equally awesome and funny.

Tim hopped on MW3 today to unlock a new weapon that was added as part of Call of Duty’s Season Five Reloaded update and immediately gave us a social media clip to share by popping off with it while including some trademark Tim humor.

Using the new Torque 35 combat bow, Tim was playing some Domination on a new map variant called Ink House and reminded everyone that he’s a pretty talented FPS player on top of being a comedic force in the streaming world.

Quoting someone from his chat as he flicked his mouse for some sweet-looking bow kills, Tim remarked “you know what dude, maybe I am Fatness Everdeen, bro,” on his way to seven kills within the 20-second clip.

It’s a clever nickname that harnesses both a reference to the bow-wielding prowess of The Hunger Games’ Katniss Everdeen (made famous by Jennifer Lawrence in the films) and a fun poke at Tim’s weight, which he’s always one to do himself along with all of his friends and viewers.

In a world full of streamers baiting clips with rage or reacting to drama to fuel more rage and more drama, it’s always refreshing to see a clip like this that’s just purely funny while also featuring some decently impressive gameplay all at the same time.

Meanwhile, the CoD hype is about to begin anew with next week’s Call of Duty Next livestream, where Black Ops 6 will be on full display with multiplayer, Zombies, and Warzone footage ahead of the game’s anticipated early access beta test beginning on Aug. 30.
