Echo Fox have completely flipped the script on their storyline in Stage Two of the Call of Duty World League Pro League.

Renato “Saints” Forza, Brice Faccento, Ulysses “Aqua” Silva, and Donovan “Temp” Laroda went 3-4 in the first two weeks of Division A action. But Echo Fox took down Team Envy in a wild series earlier today to finish a perfect 4-0 week in the pro league.

Today’s victory certainly wasn’t flawless, however—Echo Fox choked the lead in both Hardpoints of this matchup. Aqua opened the series with a 43-kill performance on London Docks Hardpoint, but the Boys in Blue used a late comeback to win 250-242.

Echo Fox immediately responded with a dominant 6-0 win on Ardennes Forest Search and Destroy, followed by an equally-impressive 5-1 victory on Flak Tower Capture the Flag. With the series transitioning back to Hardpoint, Echo Fox didn’t want to replicate their mistakes from the end of map one.

But that’s exactly what they did.

Echo Fox were up 248-204 heading into the Ventilation Room hill on Valkyrie. And Team Envy completely locked down this Hardpoint to take map four 250-248—in large part thanks to Cuyler “Huke” Garland’s seven killstreak to end the game.

Team Envy won their second Hardpoint of the matchup to force a decisive game five, but Echo Fox continued their strong play in Search and Destroy. Despite Nicholas “Classic” DiCostanzo’s 15-kill perfomance for the Boys in Blue, Echo Fox took Valkyrie Search and Destroy 6-4 to secure the 3-2 series victory—Saints led Echo Fox with 13 kills in game five.

This win over Team Envy capped off an undefeated week for Echo Fox, who now sit at 7-4 in second place of Division A with only three matches remaining. After their impressive showing over the last few days, we wouldn’t be surprised to see them solidify a playoff spot next week—especially since they’ll play last-place Epsilon in their final match of the regular season.

In the other matches on Thursday, Red Reserve beat FaZe Clan 3-1 to earn their Division-leading eighth victory of Stage Two. Evil Geniuses finally ended their Search and Destroy drought to sweep Splyce, while Team Kaliber crushed Epsilon 3-0.

Here are the standings in Division A of the CWL Pro League (each team’s series record is followed by their map count in parentheses).
