Yusui to join LMQ, likely as ADC

As LMQ's rebuilding continues, more details surrounding the team's final line-up are being uncovered

As LMQ’s rebuilding continues, more details surrounding the team’s final line-up are being uncovered. With players confirmed in the support, mid, and jungle roles, the team need a top-laner and AD carry to round out its final five. It looks like one of those roles has finally been filled: Current Team LoLPro mid-laner David “Yusui” Bloomqvist is set to join the team, subject to an agreement between the two organizations.

Bloomqvist has been looking to move on since Team LoLPro was comprehensively defeated by Team Coast in the expansion tournament. However, with Yu “XiaoWeiXiao” Xian taking the mid-lane spot, Bloomqvist will have to occupy one of the remaining slots in the team. Sources close to the player have indicated that rather than going into the top lane, he’ll instead play as an AD carry.

Recent reports have suggested that LMQ have targeted current Curse Academy mid-laner, Lae-Young “Keane” Jang, to fill their vacant top slot. But with the expansion tournament still in full swing, it’s not clear whether that move will bear fruit. Sources close to the team say they’re still looking for top-laners, suggesting they have made the decision about the AD Carry role.
