This team consists of Assault, Hysteria, Cloud, and Danoxide. They were able to clinch a spot in the Halo World Championship by beating both OpTic Gaming and Dream Team in pool play at the NA Regional Finals. This is a very new team that has been a pretty big surprise to a lot of other teams in recent weeks.

For those of you who don’t know, Cloud 9 has been involved with Halo since HCS Season 1. They have had a lot of ups and downs and hope that with this new team they can find some success at the Halo World Championship. It is unclear as to whether or not C9 is on a long term contract with this team or if they are picking them up for one event.

What do you think about Cloud 9 acquiring Triggers Pound? Do you think they are a good fit for C9? Let me know in the comments section below.
