How to start Those Are Chitin Words quest in WoW The War Within

Before you start the Those Are Chitin Words quest, you must reach the maximum level because only then do you have a chance at doing this quest. Once max level, make your way to the Azj-Kahet zone of Khaz Algar and head south of The Weaver’s Lair where you find a small platform, at coordinates 62.5, 66.0.

That’s the place where Tka’ktath spawns and you need to kill this Elite monster and pick up the starter item called Vial of Tka’ktath’s Blood. Take this item to NPC Shalba in the City of Threads, at coordinates 45.6, 13.4 and she gives you the Those Are Chitin Words quest.

How to complete Those Are Chitin Words quest in WoW The War Within

The Those Are Chitin Words quest is the first quest you do while farming for the Siesbarg epic mount. To complete this quest, you must collect 1500 Nerubian Chitin. This item drops from regular Nerubian mobs, and the fastest way to collect 1500 of them is to do the following:

• Farm Nerubians anywhere in the City of Threads
• Farm Nerubians on the Isle of Dorne at coordinates 45.2 13.6
• Farm Nerubians in the City of Threads Follower Dungeon

I highly recommend you try the City of Threads Follower Dungeon method because you get all the loot for yourself, and it’s very fast because you have powerful NPCs on your side. Once you collect 1500 Nerubian Chitin, just hand in the quest to Shalba, and you’re done.
