FaZe Clan is bolstering its already-powerful Fortnite roster with another young player. Thirteen-year-old pro H1ghsky1 confirmed the move on his Twitter, and FaZe Clan welcomed him via their own account as well.

The move comes after TSM Fortnite pro Ali “Myth” Kabbani leaked the acquisition on stream. He asked H1ghsky1 about the move repeatedly, while the newest FaZe player could say nothing to his questions. After a few moments, the Fortnite star realized his mistake and backtracked frantically.

H1ghsky1 joins Twitch superstars like Turner “Tfue” Tenney and Dennis “Cloak” Lepore on FaZe Clan. He’s also now the youngest player who’s a part of the organization at 13 years of age. FaZe previously signed 15-year-old Sway to its Fortnite team on March 12. FaZe’s Fortnite team now features 10 players, which is one of the largest rosters in professional Fortnite.

H1ghsky1 was already a partnered Twitch streamer before being signed by FaZe Clan. This announcement, however, should help boost his numbers by a significant margin. Multiple people in FaZe Clan congratulated H1ghsky1 on Twitter, such as owners Nordan “Rain” Shat and Thomas “Temperrr” Oliveira.

The organization has shown that it isn’t scared to help young talent grow and learn. We’ll have to wait and see if H1ghsky1 will compete for FaZe Clan in any future events.
