If you don’t plan on paying for the season one Battle Pass, though, but still want to get involved, don’t worry—Respawn has you covered.

For playing during the season, you have the chance to unlock an assortment of free goodies including a skin, five Apex Packs, and a bunch of neat stat trackers to stick onto your Legends.

Respawn hasn’t mentioned yet if these items will just be given to players for playing in season one or, if like other free Battle Pass rewards in Fortnite, you’ll still need to play the game to unlock them.

Still, at least you’ll have something to work toward if you want to keep playing Apex without ever spending a single dollar on the title.
