The Pokémon Go All Out event is here, introducing the three Starter Pokémon from the Galar region featured in Pokémon Sword and Shield. You can catch these three Pokémon, and there are more Dynamax surprises along the way as the Max Out season continues.
The All Out event is the first Galar-focused one for the Max Out season. We’ll be getting several exclusive rewards, Pokémon encounters, and Field Research tasks during this event. It begins on Sept. 3 at 10am local time and ends on Sept. 10. We have over a week of these bonuses, and taking advantage of them is important. Here’s the full breakdown for Pokémon Go‘s All Out event and all the Pokémon encounters, eggs, bonuses, and Field Research tasks you can expect.
All Out Pokémon encounters and Egg spawns in Pokémon Go
You can encounter several notable Pokémon from the Galar region during the All Out event in Pokémon Go. Some appear in the wild, while others can only be obtained by hatching the eggs you earn during the event. Here’s all the wild Pokémon you may encounter during the All Out event:
- Dreepy
- Grookey
- Scorbunny
- Skwovet
- Sobble
- Stonjourner (UK only)
- Wooloo
Several Galar Pokémon that have already debuted in Pokémon Go will appear as possible egg hatches. These are all the exclusive Pokémon hatching from eggs during the All Out event:
- Dreepy in 10km eggs
- Galarian Darumaka in 7km eggs
- Galarian Farfetch’d in 7km eggs
- Galarian Meowth in 7km eggs
- Galarian Ponyta in 7km eggs
- Galarian Slowpoke in 7km eggs
- Galarian Stunfisk in 7km eggs
- Galarian Yamask in 7km eggs

All Out bonuses in Pokémon Go
There are a handful of bonuses all Pokémon Go players receive during this event. You get these passive bonuses regardless of whether you’re participating in the event tasks, but they’ll go away when the event ends.

All Out Field Research tasks and rewards in Pokémon Go
Like all events in Pokémon Go, you can get several Field Research tasks and rewards for spinning Poké Stops and Gyms. You’ll know you’ve received an exclusive event based on the banner around the Field Research while examining it in your Today View tab. These are all the Field Research tasks and rewards you’ll get during the All Out event.
- Use five berries to help catch Pokémon: Skwovet and Wooloo encounters
- Catch eight Pokémon: Grookey, Scorbunny, and Sobble encounters
- Catch five Pokémon: 500 XP, 10 Poké Balls, five Great Balls, or three Pinap Berries
