This fan-made Roadhog skin will haunt your dreams, but not your Overwatch 2 games

It's probably for the best that this skin isn't in the game.

Roadhog has a large swathe of skins in Overwatch 2 that range from adorable to terrifying, but one fan of the game recently crafted a concept skin that just might be the scariest crossover of all time.

Despite the fact that the potbelly hero has been depicted as Pennywise from the horror film It, and even as the Diablo villain The Butcher, this seemingly innocent fan-made skin has another level of creepiness to it.

Seeming to be playing off of the massive and rotund build of Roadhog, a fan recently posted an image of Roadhog as the Kool-Aid Man on Reddit. Yes, the giant round bowl of punch that’s notorious for breaking through walls and shouting “oh yeah!”

While Blizzard recently started to do crossover events this month, it would likely be far-fetched for the developer to do this kind of product placement marketing in Overwatch 2—and it’s probably for the best. If this skin was in the game, a lot of players would be losing more sleep than they already do from receiving angry messages from teammates during a loss on the competitive ladder.

The concept art is so horrific that it’s perhaps the only thing that could ruin a night’s sleep more than thinking about the inopportune death you had during a potential promotion game. Instead of thinking about how your misplay kept you hard stuck in Gold, players would likely wake up in the middle of the night fearful of a giant anthropomorphic red pitcher busting down the walls in their room.

But instead of offering you a tasty drink, this meat cleaver-wielding goliath would be charging into your home in an effort to steal the Pachimari collection you’ve spent seven years accruing.
