The former Ninjas in Pyjamas roster was released from the organization in late June, but continued to compete under the Rest in Pyjamas moniker. Under that name, Rest in Pyjamas earned sixth in the Overwatch Contenders European tournament, qualifying for the official first season.

When season one picks up in mid-August, the roster will compete as Team Gigantti. This is the company’s first foray into esports. The announcement, made on Twitter, comes days after the squad replaced support player Antti “kyynel” Kinnunen with Benjamin “BigG00se” Isohanni.

“We wanted a more versatile gamer who was committed to Overwatch and practices in his free time,” team captain Joonas “zappis” Alakurtti told Overwatch website Over.gg. “We want to push out the best team Finland has to offer.”

Finland—operating with much of the former Rest in Pyjamas roster—failed to qualify for the Overwatch World Cup in Sydney last weekend. The squad, now under Team Gigantti, will look to forget that loss when competing in ASUS ROG’s Assembly Summer Overwatch tournament in Helsinki, Finland. The double-elimination tournament begins Aug. 3 and concludes Aug. 4 with its semifinals and finals matches.

Team Gigantti will then compete against Europe’s top Overwatch teams once Overwatch Contenders begins the week of Aug. 14.
