This past weekend, qualifiers began forBlizzard‘s global Overwatch WorldCup event, set to culminate at BlizzConon Nov. 4-5. Up first in the group stage was all of Europe, and thehigh-seeded teams dominated their groups, with all of the top seedsmoving on.Â
Here’s a recap of every group’s winning teams that have moved onto the next stage:

Most of the top teams, including the highest seeded squads outof Germany, Finland and France, have moved on. Some surprisesinclude the fifth-seed, Bulgaria, and the eighth-seed, Greeceunderperforming, as well as the 30th-seed Spain winning theirgroup.Â
This global event features some of the best talents in Overwatchcompeting for their own countries as voted in by fans and picked bycaptains of respective teams. All of the top teams inOverwatch are represented in this event.Â
