The tournament will be held on the PC version of the game, with the winning team earning $2,500 in prize money. This event is open to everyone and serves as a purpose to test the waters of the region and highlight Overwatch players in a weekly show.

The tournament is most likely being used to showcase the region’s talent and have players compete for a chance to be noticed at entry-level competitive play. Razerzone’s Razer Arena Program is running this event, in which only players from the SEA region are able to compete.

The top-32 teams from the open qualifiers will advance into a round robin group stage, until a winner is crowned.
