International Elo Ratings Big changes in the rankings since last time. Fnatic and EDG, now the top teams in the West and the world, respectively, are up, TSM and Besiktas have fallen precipitously, while SKT remains steady.

Big changes in the rankings since last time. Fnatic and EDG, now the top teams in the West and the world, respectively, are up, TSM and Besiktas have fallen precipitously, while SKT remains steady.
