Immortals has released a statement confirming Jason “WildTurtle” Tran’s departure from the organization. “We have another 2017 pre-season announcement: Jason ‘WildTurtle’ Tran is moving on after spending 2016 as our AD Carry,” the announcement stated. “WildTurtle’s megawatt smile and bright personality made him one of the most popular Immortals, and the house will be a little darker without his presence. We wish him nothing but the best and thank him for his hard work and tireless effort during his time on Immortals.”

WildTurtle was recently a part of the Team SoloMid team that went to IEM Oakland and lost in the semifinals to the Unicorns of Love from the EU LCS.

The current destination of WildTurtle is unknown, but rumors are already circulating about a possible return to TSM in the near future.
