PSG-eSports are going to have some tough competition for an all-important EU LCS spots through the Challenger Series this year with FC Schalke 04 picking up Max “Satorius” Günther, Jean-Victor “loulex” Burgevin, Marcin “SELFIE” Wolski, Elias “Upset” Lipp and Oskar “VandeR” Bogdan, sources close to ESPN say.
Upset recently fell out with Giants Gaming, according to the organization, thus his potential move might fall under an investigation by Riot if any signs of poaching were to occur. There were no mentions of contract termination from Giants in their statment announcing that Upset had left the team.
VandeR is a player who will have Schalke fans excited with the former H2K Worlds semi-finalist bring a bit more depth and LCS experience to the team.
