Dicey’s Jungle Rankings For Fantasy LCS Week 5

Have some tough decisions in the jungle for Fantasy LCS this week? This article may help.
This article is over 7 years old and may contain outdated information

Here are my jungle rankings for week five of the NA and EU LCS.

Recommended Videos

No. 1 – Juan “Contractz” Arturo Garcia (Cloud9 – NA LCS)

Last Week

  • Best Game: 43.63
  • First Two Games: 69.51

Projections For This Week

  • Best Game: 55-65
  • First Two Games: 70-85

Phoenix1 and Team SoloMid are both top five teams, so Cloud9 will have to show up if they want to win this week, but I think they will. Contractz should continue to score well, justifying his spot on top of this list.

No. 2 – Matthew “Akaadian” Higginbotham (Echo Fox – NA LCS)

Last Week

  • Best Game: 74.95
  • First Two Games: 119.53

Projections For This Week

  • Best Game: 50-65
  • First Two Games: 65-85

After having a huge week last week against tougher opponents, Akaadian will continue his dominance this week against Immortals and Envy.

No. 3 – Galen “Moon” Holgate (FlyQuest – NA LCS)

Last Week

  • Best Game: 58.37
  • First Two Games: 86.10

Projections For This Week

  • Best Game: 45-60
  • First Two Games: 70-85

Team Dignitas and TSM should be no problem for FlyQuest, especially after FlyQuest showed that they are a top two team last week. Moon will continue being a major contributor to this team’s success.

No. 4 – Dennis “Svenskeren” Johnsen (Team SoloMid – NA LCS)

Last Week

  • Best Game: 35.79
  • First Two Games: 56.42

Projections For This Week

  • Best Game: 40-55
  • First Two Games: 60-75

This should be a tough week for TSM, as they play the two best teams in the league in Cloud9 and FlyQuest. Expect TSM to put up a fight, and for Svenskeren to put up points whether his team wins or loses.

No. 5 – Rami “Inori” Charagh (Phoenix1 – NA LCS)

Last Week

  • Best Game: 70.26
  • First Two Games: 84.90

Predictions For This Week

  • Best Game: 40-55
  • First Two Games: 60-75

Cloud9 should beat Phoenix1 pretty handily, but then Phoenix1 gets to take on Team EnVyUs. Inori is the type of player that could carry big time at any given moment, so he is still a good play no matter who Phoenix1 has to take on. Cloud9 will be tough, but he can beat up major points against EnVyUs.

No. 6 – Joshua “Dardoch” Hartnett (Immortals – NA LCS)

Last Week

  • Best Game: 49.42
  • First Two Games: 85.06

Predictions For This Week

  • Best Game: 40-55
  • First Two Games: 55-70

Dardoch continued to play well last week and, for the first time, his team also played relatively well. This week will be a real test for them as they take on Echo Fox and Counter Logic Gaming, but Dardoch should still be able to put some points on the board.

No. 7 – Lee “Chaser” Sang-hyun (Team Dignitas – NA LCS)

Last Week

  • Best Game: 23.55
  • First Two Games: 31.55

Predictions For This Week

  • Best Game: 40-50
  • First Two Games: 55-65

Dignitas will lose to FlyQuest, that is almost certain. Team Liquid on the other hand, will present a better chance for Dignitas to get a win. If any players on Dignitas can carry them to victories, it is Chaser and Ssumday.

No. 8 – Nam “LirA” Tae-yoo (Team EnVyUs – NA LCS)

Last Week

  • Best Game: 15.12
  • First Two Games: 26.10

Predictions For This Week

  • Best Game: 35-55
  • First Two Games: 45-70

Echo Fox and P1 are both tough matchups, and I do not expect EnVyUs to win either of those series. LirA, however, is the type of player who can have huge games and steal a game victory all by himself.

FeelsBadMan Starts of The Week

  • Kim “Reignover” Yeu-jin (Team Liquid – NA LCS)

Reignover looked a lot better this week, but I want to see if he can continue to look better before I trust starting him again.

  • Jake “Xmithie” Puchero (Counter Logic Gaming – NA LCS)

Xmithie is the type of player that just does not put up huge points, but he will be a consistent scorer.
