ALL-STARS 2016: King Poro Mode

The All Stars duke it out in the legend of the Poro King game mode.
This article is over 8 years old and may contain outdated information

For those who don’t know about the Legend of the Poro King gamemode, it plays like the classic ARAM mode with a few differences. In this game mode the snowballs have turned into poros. When a team hits 10 Poros onto the enemy champions, they summon the giant Poro King to fight alongside them. This year though, Riot have added the snack ability to the Poro King game mode. Now the All Stars can feed the king one of the multiple types of Poro snacks to make the Poro King shoot out an ability.

Team Fire started this game strong, beating Team Ice to be the first summon of the Poro King. But, in the fashion of the ARAM game mode, that lead did not mean much. This game swung wildly back and forth, with the lead going to the team that had the Poro king on their side. Despite Team Ice taking all of their turrets and inhibitors, Team Fire came back at 22 minutes to win the game.
