50,000 kids used to play here… now it’s just an Empty Park. Can you find all five Wonder Tokens inside the Search Party: Empty Park Course in Mario Wonder?
Aimless jumping around will do you no favors here. Those Wonder Tokens are hiding from you, and the only way to capture them is to slam your head against the invisible blocks above until an eventual concussion brings you success.
Mario Wonder: Where to find all Wonder Tokens in Search Party: Empty Park
The Search Party Courses in Mario Wonder are truly puzzling, as they offer literally no guidance on how to complete them. Beyond the safety of the greeting room is an empty room that can leave you thinking “maybe I installed a bugged game?”
In my playthrough, I had managed to successfully find Wonder Tokens one, four, and five with ease. Can’t tell you how I did it, but I promise the guide below will tell you how to find all five Wonder Tokens one after the other in a somewhat concise manner.
First Wonder Token
The first Wonder Token is easy to get (thankfully). Looking at the light purple tiles on the floor, jump up using A when you are standing over the second set of tiles. The Wonder Token will reveal itself. Jump onto the first block you revealed and walk to the edge. Jump directly up and a new block will appear. All you need to do is jump on the new block and leap towards the first Wonder Token to nab it.
Next, create a new path on the ground by standing on the fourth set of light purple tiles and jumping. Jump again when you are on top of the new block; this time two blocks will appear. Drop down and jump onto the block on the left. Stand on the edge and jump up to reveal a new block. This one should perfectly align with the first Empty Park block.
Second Wonder Token
After creating the new route demonstrated in the first screenshot, stand on the far-right side of the two blocks that are stuck together. Jump to reveal a brand new block that releases the second Wonder Token. You can easily get to this following the route you already made from the first Wonder Token.
Third Wonder Token
After the second Wonder Token, a new set of two consecutive blocks should have appeared above you, following the cliffside edge on the left. This activates the first floating platform that I’m going to call a hotdog from now on. Take the vertically moving hotdog on the far-right side of the screen and jump directly up when you reach the top. A new hotdog will spawn in.
Land onto the horizontally moving hotdog. From here, wait until the hotdog aligns between the two sets of blocks below. Jump up to reveal a new block that will activate a rain cloud. Jump on top of the rain cloud activation block and go to the block directly above the vertical moving hotdog platform. Stand on the edge and jump directly upwards once more to reveal the third Wonder Token.
Fourth Wonder Token
Swim through the first rain cloud and stand on top of it. Jump twice, as you need to hit two blocks here to activate the second rain cloud and use it to get the fourth Wonder Token, revealed by the block on the left. Jump across and use B to rapidly ascend the rain.
Fifth Wonder Token
Swim upwards to hit a block that is located on the same height (horizontally) as the other visible blocks in the frame. The third and final rain cloud will appear. Head to the top of the cloud and jump over to the next rain cloud. Swim until you are close to the top and stick to the left-hand side. You should hit the final block to get the fifth Wonder Token. Stand on top of the cloud and grab the final Token. The Wonder Seed will appear above you to complete the Empty Park Course in Mario Wonder.
