This year of pro level play in LoL has been upset’s at the international level all the way down to promotion tournaments. Now who ‘deserves to win’ might be trown out the window like has been seen in season two when a korean team that played 16 hours a day ( the rest is eating and sleeping) loosing to a lackluster nearly wildcard team how did this happen you may say?
Patch notes will be the greatest advantage to a team cause if a patch like the patch notes pulled out last minute in season 2 happens the team that has 5 of 5 players that have that champion pulled down or main that are now top pick’s over the team’s (like in the case of azubu frost) working only 2 week’s to keep up with players ( and the number one AP mid laner in the world toyz) to becoming mains on a champion.
Can you get in 200 or 300 game’s of one champion in two week’s? Well now think of a hand of champions ( all top pick in the meta) and plays them for 200 games. Pretty hard to do in 2 weeks right? Now think of how rusty you become on the champion that are contender picks at a pro level in that time. so picking out who will be the winner of worlds this year is difficult cause of everything besides even patch notes to consider, so here is the best placing a can give at the moment comment share and enjoy!
1st place LGD gaming
2nd place Fnatic
3rd/4th SKT1 AHQ
5th/8th place edward gaming TSM CLG invictus gaming jin air green wings
the rest are too much based on placing’s and luck to even consider but this is the best idea on the current patch ( 5.16) on who will be placed where
