Three new League of Legends skins have been revealed ahead of the 9.1 patch coming out sometime today.
The skins, based around the popular Lunar Revel line, are for Vayne, Sejuani, and Tahm Kench, who are all sporting Asian-themed garb ahead of Chinese New Year.
Vayne and Sejuani join the Firecracker lineup alongside Jinx, who got a Firecracker skin some time ago, while Tahm Kench joins an entirely new skin line known only as “Coin Emperor.”
Vayne is sporting a very similar getup to Firecracker Jinx while Sejuani ditches her usual mount in favor of a large battle pig. Her recall animation is especially cute, as it spawns three smaller pigs that dance around her as she heads back to base.
Vayne is also set to get a Prestige skin similar to Aatrox’s Blood Moon skin coming out in Patch 9.1.
Coin Emperor Tahm Kench, on the other hand, is a welcome sight. This is Tahm Kench’s first new skin in just under three years. His last skin to come out was Urf Kench, which released in March 2016.
The three skins will be sidestepping Patch 9.1 and are likely to be released with Patch 9.2 in a couple of weeks. They should be hitting the Public Beta Environment soon, however, for those who want to try them out ahead of their official release.
