Fortnite: Battle Royale players who finally got to complete 13 Overtime challenges to unlock the free season eight Battle Pass might run into a problem to actually claim this grand prize.
Several players on Reddit are saying they’ve completed 13 or more Overtime challenges but didn’t have their progress added to the Battle Pass challenge. Therefore, the game is counting only 12 out of the 13 that players need to unlock the Battle Pass.
Developer Epic Games has confirmed the problem is with the bus driver.

“We’re aware of an issue preventing progression for the “Thank the Bus Driver” Overtime Challenge,” Epic wrote in its Twitter account. “All players who have completed this Challenge will receive credit for their progress once we’ve released the fix.”
Players speculated the bug had something to do with a problem in the “Thank the Bus Driver in Different Matches” challenge before Epic confirmed it. Apparently, players who complete this challenge before getting to 13 challenges completed will experience this bug in their game.
If you have yet to complete the Overtime challenges to get the Battle Pass, it’s a good idea to skip the bus driver one before you complete 13 of them. Since it’s restricted to this challenge only, you should be able to claim your next season’s Battle Pass if you skip it.
