After four intense days of group stage competition, the biggest Dota 2 event of the year heads into the playoffs where the largest prize pool in all of esports awaits the champions.
Taking place between Aug. 7 to Aug. 12, the first day of games in the playoffs will consist of a total of six matches—two best-of-three games in the upper bracket, and finally four best-of-ones in the lower bracket. This means four teams will be eliminated in the first day alone, leaving a total of twelve teams remaining in the second day of playoffs.
