NiKo moves to FaZe Clan

One of the world's greatest players is heading to a new home.

Nikola “NiKo” Kovac will be joining Håvard “rain” Nygaard, Finn “karrigan” Andersen, Fabien “kioShiMa” Fiey and Aleksi ”allu” Jalli on the FaZe Clan Counter-Strike: Global Offensive lineup.

He will fill the gap left by Philip “aizy” Aistrup, who moved over to the Danish team North, yesterday.

NiKo will remain on his former team, mousesports, for the upcoming DreamHack Masters Las Vegas event from Feb. 15-19 and will transfer to FaZe Clan after the event.

The CEO of mousesports, Cengiz Tüylü, stated on their website that NiKo approached them at the major “with the wish to join FaZe.”

We will first see NiKo in action at IEM Katowice with FaZe, and the thought of one of the world’s best players uniting with a team of great fraggers, such as rain and kio, is spectacular.

You can read the full statement by mousesports and their CEO here.
