Heroic upsets Group B: IEM Katowice Day 2 Recap

All three Danish teams in Katowice are going to the playoffs.

Day two of the Counter-Strike action at IEM Katowice has concluded as a surprise team headlines an upset. In today’s matches, underdog Heroic upset North, Na’Vi, and Virtus.pro while taking first place in Group B. As a result of their final group match, they sent team Virtus.pro packing. The games didn’t fare as well for teams on the other side of the pond, as SK Gaming and Cloud9 were also defeated. Here’s a rundown of all of the best-of-one matches that took place today.
