One month after its Counter-Strike: Global Offensive team underwent a roster change, Dignitas’ CS:GO squad is once again fielding five permanent players.
Both Mikail “Maikelele” Bill and Faruk “pita” Pita were removed from the squad on May 2. Since then, Jørgen “cromen” Robertsen and Jesper “tenzki” Plougmann have been filling in for the Scandinavian roster, and were officially signed by the organization on May 23.
Having competed for Dignitas since the departure of Maikelele and pita, both cromen and tenzki helped the team advance onto the European Minor, which will act as a pre-qualifier for the Kraków Major which will be taking place in July.
Additionally, the team has added Norwegian player Morten “zEVES” Vollan to the coaching position. Having competed with several prominent Scandinavian line-ups in the past three years, zEVEs ended his career as a pro player on April 18, when his previous team, Norse, dissolved .
The new-look Dignitas’ first LAN event will be the European Minor, which will take place between June 15 to 18, and will feature teams like EnVyUs, LDLC, and BIG.
