The 2019 CWL Pro League Qualifier heated up on Thursday with some teams making resurgences, while others ran into trouble.
Red Reserve, arguably the top team from Europe, picked up their first win of the tournament but lost their other match of the day. 100 Thieves also finished Thursday with a 1-2 record after losing to Pittsburgh Knights in their only match of the day.

And while Red and 100 Thieves had a tough day, Midnight Esports pushed to 4-0 with two wins on Thursday. While many fans and even some players believed that they had already qualified for the CWL Pro League, Midnight can win one of their final two matches to officially secure a spot.
